Service Agreements

Our Basic Service Agreement includes planned maintenance, "PM," service, as well as travel and labor costs. Vaporizer output concentration verification is performed during each PM. Service hotlines are available 24 / 7. Our Basic Service Agreement does not include the cost of PM replacement parts or costs associated with emergency maintenance, "EM," service.

Our Standard Service Agreement includes everything in the Basic Service Agreement plus the cost of PM replacement parts. Our Standard Service Agreement does not include costs associated with EM service.

Our Extended Warranty Agreement includes everything in the Standard Service Agreement plus the cost of EM replacement parts and costs associated with EM service.

Depot Repair

We have earned an outstanding reputation in our effort to supply customers with the best and most affordable service available. We benefit from continuing education and access to a large inventory of parts and accessories, including OEM parts. Our experienced factory-trained technicians can safely collect and return equipment in need of service from all major brands and models, including GE / Datex-Ohmeda, Drager, Mindray, Philips, Spacelabs, Datascope, and more.

Other Services

We also provide parts sales, trace gas analysis, quality assurance inspections, room air ventilation exchange testing, and vaporizer output concentration verification.
